Thank you for the purchase of your new Zealou5 product (the “Product”). We are confident that you will be happy with it  However, please DO read these Terms and Conditions carefully before installing and using your new Product.  

Zealou5 herein shall mean and incorporate [Zealou5 Ltd], its principal Robert Proctor and any Zealou5 employees past or present. As used herein, “YOU” refers to the retail consumer purchaser of this product as well as anyone who uses and/or installs the product.  By installing and/or using this product, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Zealou5 reserves the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter or update these Terms and Conditions, and YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND by such modifications, amendments, alterations or updates.

Limitation of Liability:

While Zealou5 offers a (time) month warranty on the craftsmanship of the Product, Zealou5 is not responsible for any and all defects, damages, injuries, costs, inconveniences and issues arising out of the improper installation, improper and unintended use, and/or natural wear and tear of the Product or any other product purchased or obtained from Zealou5.  Zealou5 in no event shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or any other damages whatsoever, whether in action or arising under any theories of contract or tort or otherwise.  Further, Zealou5 shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the shipment, delivery, installation or use of the Product.

Disclaimer:

Product is intended for off-road use only.  Installation of Product may result in the malfunction or non-function of certain safety or other electrical and mechanical systems in your vehicle. YOU are forewarned of this possibility. Zealou5 is not responsible for any injuries to YOU or your passengers due to the installation or use of the Product. INSTALL AND USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In many jurisdictions around the world, installation of certain aftermarket car parts is illegal or severely restricted.  Zealou5 makes no representation that the sale of the Product to YOU in anyway means that installation of the Product is legal.  YOU are responsible for ensuring adherence to the regulations and laws of your country. YOU disregard such regulations and laws at your own risk.

If you are not comfortable installing the Product, please have the Product installed by a qualified mechanic.  Do not drive your vehicle with the Product incompletely or partially installed.  Zealou5 does not suggest or recommend any particular shop or mechanic, and gives no guarantees or warranties as to the quality of the installation work by any particular shop or mechanic (unless installed at the premises of Zealou5).
