Will D's Super clean R32 GTR

Will D left his gun metal GTR 32 with us for some TLC.
The restoration work on Will's car continues. Front hub carriers cleaned up, and repainted in the parts Nissan paint with Epoxy 2 part paint to stop water sitting against the alloy.
These have also been coated in a clear protective coating so their finish should last now against the elements!
We create a tool by welding an old non Nissan wheel bearing (2mm smaller diameter) to a Renault Clio stub axle , this made pushing front wheel bearings out a snip!
The front swan necks needed a good clean up as they were showing signs of surface rust particularly around the welds.
I started off with my MBX blaster to get rid of most of the light flakey rust and paint.
The tired 25year old OEM steering rack bushes were upgraded to Super Pro poly bush items, (Steering Rack Mount Bushes) for a much more direct steering feel. All coated with the supplied silicone grease prior to installation into the newly powder coated subframe.
